Hello world! I'm using this place as a kind of back-up for my Tumblr account and to stay involved in fandom should it move towards the DW sphere once again.

These days I'm mainly active in the Silmarillion fandom and very recently I became obsessed with Nick Cave and Blixa Bargeld, because I seem unable to stop pining for weird 80s rockstars. But I wrote, drew and obsessed also over Star Trek (DS9, TOS), Metallica, Monty Python, Rome (the HBO series) and Doctor Who. The Lord of the Rings was what got me into fandom as a teenager in pre-internet times and although I tend to switch fandoms every few years I've always found my way back towards Middle Earth.

As for me: I'm in my thirties, (cis) female, live with my boyfriend in a big harbour city somewhere between central and northern Europe and work in one of these burn-out-inducing online marketing jobs. So if you don't hear from me for a while it's most likely that I got eaten by real life again.
